Ingredients

I use only the finest ingredients including free range eggs, organic British flour and British butter. I use the best quality chocolate made by Swiss chocolatiers Idilio and the Belgian company Callebaut who have been using preservative free methods to produce their chocolate for professional chocolatiers for over 100 years. My cakes are baked using Idilio Carenero Superior and my cake pops are coated using chocolates that have unique characters to compliment their fillings.

There are no hidden nasties in the making, baking or decorating of my cakes or cake pops and I am proud to be using natural colourings and flavourings making them ideal for children and adults alike.
